I agree with the fact it's on an odd place...I have put it in place of the seat belt warning light.

I can't be arsed to look in my Renault booklet to see what Renault call it, but if it's green it can't be bad otherwise it would be red like other warning lights...

just go to your local motor factors... on standard parts i use QH products

surely any remap from any company be it a renault tuner or a random tuner will give you simalar resaults when it comes to remaping

jms tuning offer a Group N remap for £135 & they claim its gives 4-8bhp...

to be honest, the only other car that i can think of in a simalar price range is the 306 gti6... this is comparing it against a 172 cup...0-120 cup is ahead by a by about a cars lengh...but the 306 has a better top end as the clios limiter kicks in @ 140.
