Please help how do i get my rear wheel bearing out of my brake discs (172 cup) I have taken out the the 'spring type washer' thing (dont know the correct name) but its still stuck in the disc, i tried hammering it out, am i missing somthing. Please help. Thanx :(

I just gotta say that in my (limited) experience anything travelling at 6000 RPM with a fuel with a bigger octain 'BANG' is gonna be Faster/Responsive then with a fuel with a lesser octain. But we are talking about small magins (Just like how good your oil is for less friction) I use to own...

WD40 is really good stuff if it was a tenner a can i would still buy it. On the boot/bonet i would put WD40 on first and then a little grease but i would only put WD 40 on the doors etc because grease gets everywhere (Jeans and then seats:mad: )

Hi mate I have put in new seats in my cup mk2, in the cup you dont have side airbags so that was not my problem the wire under both seats were for the seatbelt pretentioners, which i uncliped ok, but now the serv light and airbag light now remains on and stops the front bags from working...

Please help, I have taken out/ un-clipped the original seat belt retentioners out from my mk2 cup so that i could fit harnesses and now I have the serv and airbag light on at the dash, please help me to switch off/ reset etc... (I really dont want to clip the retiontioners back in and fit them...

Hi just recently bought a 172 cup love the car although im not used to driving sports cars (last car corsa 1.4/ rover 220D) and i have never been on track or to a meet. i'm thinking about going to the FCS do you reckon its a good place to start.:)
