I had the similar problem with mine mate, only one of my coil packs went though and that was jerky enough, so i first changed the plugs & that improved it a little, but then changed the coil pack that was dead and its been absolutly fine since. Hope this helps. Shaun

Yea it came out the car with the aftermarket HU. Just the two wires going into the back of the unit & the yellow stalk control wire.

Yea i think so, but it just connected straight on, no need to cut wires etc etc.

This will cure both problems? Ive not changed them when i installed the aftermarket head unit tho or doesnt that matter?

Ive just recently fitted my standard head unit back into my Clio, hoping to get hold of a 6 cd changer soon and installing that too, but since ive replaced the stereo, when its been on for 20/30 mins whether its playing a cd or just the radio, it bleeps at me, then switches itself off. Not sure...

You shouldnt need to give them the part number mate, that will just save them having to find it on their database. When i went in to order mine, i just asked for a 172 grille and they put it on order for me, simple as that.

The only prob with doing that is they will have better cover and less likely to be seen if i turn the car around.

this is my second petrol cap, but im thinking of getting one that uses a different key, if i can get one that is. Ive tried my key with another clio petrol cap and it works ok, same as using my mates key to open my petrol cap. So i just assumed that the barrels are universal

My cars got an alarm on it so i guess thats stopping them from stealing the car, but the thing is this is the 2nd time they have tried and still havent got any petrol from it. Hope they give it up as a bad job to be honest.

Ive been looking at getting some seat covers for the car, well just the one seat if i can, so when i take the dog out i can have the seat cover on to protect the upholstry. Now i now that there are side airbags in the seats and im not wanting to risk having the seat cover/covers on if it means...

Ive managed to get them all in, except the foglights, but they will be changed when i have access to some ramps. It wasnt a real problem changing the bulbs, its more of acutally getting my hands in to get at them

ive managed to replace the indicator bulbs, but the rest are just too tight to get to, how do i take the front clusters out completley? ive managed to dent my bonnet too, its costing me £50 for the repair on that. :(

hi guys, just got myself some zenon bulbs and silver indicator bulbs to put on the clio. Is it a straight forward job to replace them? Or is it going to prove to be quite a job? Got new indicator bulbs for both back and front. Side lights, dipped and main beam plus fog lights. Thanks in advance...

Mines not spaced illegally, i cant be doing with the police pulling me over everytime i go out in the car. Dead chuffed with mine like, ive stuck it on with double sided sticky tape, just hope they stay on
