laquer may weather(it only dulls slightly) but the base does not which means the colour doesnt change what so ever!

you prob could get one from a scrappy but you woul have to take it off yourself and there is a good chance you will damage it taking it off because ull have to do things like drilling spot welds out and you would have to take the window out aswell so you would be aswell to buy one brand new.

you are always better to go to an actual paint supplier to get paint mixed rather than somewhere than someone that doesnt specialise in it as the actual paint supplier will use more tints inmaking the colour which gives it a better chance of the colour matching better.

polishing the panel will not help the colour match unless your original paint work has oxidised,they only way to match it 100% is to blend the colour onto the door if its your wing that has been painted,if your car is solid white you would have been best to get the wing painted in a base coat so...
