    Induction kits

For the extra 0.2bhp youll get from any induction mods, i'd just save the money for chassis mods!.. Failing that a panel filter will be as good as any induction mod if the cold ir feeds are all in good nick and in the correct possition..

Hi new here, a small issuse with fly by wire on 182

So providing the 'bracket' is the one im thinking of, you can put an phase 1 or 2 throttle body, on a 182 inlet manifold? How much is this bracket?!

    Disk Grooving Service

No harm at all in doin this if done correctly as mentioned with a ball ended cutter. Looks good to me (manufacturing/mechanical engineer). Far better than drilling them.. Wont do much for cooling, but for clearing the pad/disc contact patch from dust and gasses generated from braking.. The...

    DIY Matched Inlets/Polishing? (172 Cup)

The step on the manifold to the head should aid this too.. Matching inlets makes a debaitable diference, theres so many variables thats its very difficult to understand unless you have a degree in the dyamics of the subject! I say get rid of the thing altogether and get some throttle...

    182 brakes, faaaaaaaade...

Order some Motul RBF600 from Camskill it IS the best brake fluid.. its a DOT 3. DOT ratings have no bearing on fade whatsoever, the DOT rating is how well it resists water absortion. What you want to look out for is the dry and wet boiling points, which is what causes fade, for which there is...

    DIY Matched Inlets/Polishing? (172 Cup)

roughness is to prevent fuel beading in the inlet, only an issue after the injector..

    600cc + injectors

    600cc + injectors

Why dont you just run and MF2 fuelling controller with a map sensor, so that when it comes up on boost, a couple of extra injectors positioned in the boost pipes will enrichen the mixture, easily setup with a wideband lambda.. Take your fuel pressure into account also when choosing injectors.
  18. H

    600cc + injectors

(600/5) x 4 = enough fuel to attain 480bhp.. Depending on what your building, i doubt youll need something that big..

    cylinder head locating...things

As above.. If the head is put on out of square, it wont seal the bores properly when it 'crushes' the metal rings on the gasket. leading to low compression, and or leaks. Contact your engine builder and ge the dowels back before going any further.

    Brakes sticking on?

Thats normal, i get it with my DS3000. Dont worry... Unless its very noticable.. ?? Shouldnt feel any resistance at all.. Very slight squeel is all i get sometimes, just due the pad bein very close to the disc.. Goes away after a second or two..

    EBC Green Stuff pads

Nearly killed me at castle coombe in my old scirocco! Pedal hit the floor at the end of the straight, Steer well clear unless you drive slow.. That was with motul fluid too! New calipers and ATE Discs.. They are more of a 'Ripspeed' level of tuning.. Go with Ferrodos if you want performance...

Anyone have Yellowstuff fitted to a 172/182

Yellow stuff are for heavy vehicles, Red stuff are what you want for track days etc, as they are ceramic.. Avoid green stuff like the plague..
