I would be a bit annoyed to find its been driven out of the workshop but u trust them to drive it around the crowded workshop when you drop it off.
But finding it posted on the internet with a thread praising the car wouldnt bother me much. Hundreds of people see the number plate of my car...
Lol 4" would be a decision to make it you like to be different which doesn't get you anywhere when it comes to other peoples opinions but sometimes i think its gd to be different.
In this case i retract my first statement
Alot of people would if they could.
The want to get a few extra horses on the road is not about dick measurements with other drivers its about personal driving benefits of fewer gear changes and better acceleration which is a good feeling.
Having a car that gets me up to 70 or 40-70 quicker...
I have no intention of ever doing track days or busting speed limits. Anything I would ever do to cars in the future would be getting me from 0-70, 30-70 quicker. Thats all I care about.
Hi all,
Dont know whether you have seen this but I found it earlier today
http://www.rarerims.co.uk/virtual/
Its only for ROTA wheels but there is a wide selection.
You can have a bit of fun on it.
Cheers Dom
Are these the piper cams which give this torque characteristic. I dont like revving the nuts off the engine and an iive been trawling the forum to try and find what mods could give this.
Can I just say here. I know alot of people say dont bother tuning engines such as the 1.6 K4M because you have to spend alot to get gains. But looking at the figures above spending that much on a K4M would get the same sort of gains from a proportional point of view?
Shoot me down if im...
I got my 1.6 2003 Clio with nearly exactly the same milage for £3350. It was 5 door (maybe worth more?) and was the privilege series I think that is meant to be more luxurious?
It is too much in my opinion, you should be able to get them down easily
I am intrigued by some of the companies people get these ultra low quotes from. Its as if they don't have any belief that young drives are statistically going to have a claim.
Im with Quinn Direct, 20 with a 03 1.6 Clio, 1 NCB and im paying about £1350, 0 points and no claims
You exchange the R27 and then pay extra for the 200. Then another 20K comes round and you ditch the 200?
I say stick with the R27 until the 200. A few new tyres and pads here and there is an expected cost when owning a car.
Sorry to but in here. But if I was to get Eibach Sportlines from Ktec and get them to fit my 2003 Ph2 1.6 from (totally standard) at the moment. WOuld there be any issues with shocks etc after??
Hi All,
I wouldnt mind getting the Clio colour coded soon. Within the next week or so...
Do RenTech of K-Tec offer colour coding services?
Or anywhere else near Southampton.
Cheers
