The guy who created the original site i'm sure did well because he got lots of media attention and it was picked up in the context of what students need to do these days to pay their way through uni.
The size can be varied. It can be changed to multiple of 10s. Apparently with the original...
A student who came up with the idea has made over $500,000 in a couple of months selling Pixel adverts. As a result there are over 500 copycat sites now, this one included.
Rather than having blank space the site has products from Amazon split into 20x20 blocks. The whole page is generated...
Having knocked up one of those pixels sites a few weeks back (basing it on the Million Dollar Home Page) I thought I would try something a bit different and populate the space with Amazon pixels.

It looks like "imports" go for the same as UK once they reach a certain age.
Spoke to a guy at Renault UK customer services today and he said it wouldnt bother him if he was buying an import as long it was an EU one with same warranty.
Has anyone noticed a difference in price they got for their Clio when they came to sell it via trade or private?
E.g. did the dealer / individual offer you less money because it wasnt sourced from a UK dealer?
If price was different what were the reasons given?
Thanks
My MK1 has two lambda sensors and I decated that a couple of years ago. Bought a devil decat at the time and welded in another boss for the second lambda. Only thing is that the lambda sensor light comes on after a while because the downstream sensor detects a different O2 reading to what it...
There was one of these for sale a couple of years ago in the Midlands. Cant remember exact figure - was under £15,000.
As it is a cosworth lump 280 bhp is easy to extract with minor mods and with the four wheel drive system traction shouldnt be a problem.
Mad one, my car did exactly the same thing last night.
Turn key and nothing.
Car has done this before in the past.
1st time the starter was turning over but the car was not starting - problem was a faulty imobiliser key.
2nd time was after car had been in Renault dealer and was same as...
Another option you might want to look at is buying a MK1 172. I have seen these in the high 6s for early ones.
You then have the option of a few mods. shocks, springs, strut brace, steel brake hoses, induction, exhaust, decat, chip and you will have a Clio that will keep up and handle as well...
Nice 1 Dudes,
Can I get one of these spanners from Halfords? if not where do you recommend? Also could one of you post a picture of it so I know what im looking for when I ask.

A mechanic has tried drilling into the locking wheel nuts and the drill bits keep breaking !
Take a look at the wheel and locking nut. ANy other ideas on how to get them off without cutting the wheel?

Had a resistor put in back in January of this year to disable downstream lambda sensor when I had the decat pipe on. Then told them to stick the cat back on and remove the resistor.
Hope they have actually removed the resistor and there is also no break in the wire.
The idle noise reminds me of a car down the road - modified ford escort turbo.
Its not much louder than normal if any. Not using the car at the moment so will find out when it has its service.
Trying to help someone get some Locking Wheel nuts off a car. Do not have the adapter to fit and unsure as to origin of nuts. Car is a 106 xsi with std. alloys.
So far the following have been tried:
Weld onto them and use as an anchor point to turn them - weld broke.
Drill the nuts out -...
Ive just hit 59,000 miles in the 172 having owned the Car for around 28 months. Car has been pretty reliable in the whole.
Coming back down the M1 tonight and going up a slight gradient the car starts to misfire and lose power. I carried on my journey and for the next couple of hours i kept...
Drove under a bridge today which had one of these Speed Camera Vans on the top. Also further up the road in another County was another one parked in a lay by at 45 degrees to the road.
How do they work? Does a flash go off if you are speeding and are they forward or rear working? Do they use a...

Ok Peeps,
Ive written a chat room for ClioSport forum users and it is hosted on this site.
This is the first cut and therefore it is Basic in the feature list.
Id like you to give it a go to see how it performs and to find out if there are any major bugs with it.
A couple of things...
No worries Simon. Ive been looking at the 20vt Coupe and with some mods. can get these to 280 bhp and more. have seen a 340 bhp one that does 0-60 mph in 4.4 seconds !
