If i were you Mr Dubweiser id save my lowering money & by some t-cut, some good wax and some back to black! Then id get the help of a mate to fit some stereo bits as im sure they know someone with some mdf, wiring and carpet they need to part with.

they are £151.58 from ktec. i think they look much better then all the other lexus lights, but then that dont say much!!;)
as for silvervision red bulbs, couldnt you just get the chrome plastic spray paint and give them a light coat?:confused:

the clio dymanique 1.2 16v is the best small engined car out at the mo end of story. Realiability and quality variy loads tho. my extremes 4 sale, p.m me if ur interested!:D
pads are easy to change do it urself!! :-) infact, u only need to remove 1 bolt 2 do it! unless u realy stand on ur brakes u only need the ferrodo pads from halfords like fred says, the halfords own make arnt as good but still work fine 4 normal driving. 4 98 quid they shud be giving u new disks...
their the 1s! mine aint noisey at the mo, which surprised me cos i didnt put the shims over the brake pads (buggers wudnt fit!) having said that, the red dots and the standard brakes were always abit squealy wen braking anyway! only time will tell i guess!

wen the lights are on u dnt get the "max power" blue colour that u see on novas! they just look white, when they r off unless u look real close u dnt notice the bulbs are blue, apart from the side lights which are quite a bright blue so they stand out, but like i said, u have to look close!

1) my old clio was the same, remember there aint much engine holdin the front down, also if youve got contis on the car they arent that good anyway, had them on my old dymanique (b4 gearbox went!:@) got michelins on the extreme and they r good!

try renault! i no this sound crazy but they sorted my insurance 4 £200 cheeper then any of the companies above! if id had no mods on the supra they wud done that 4 £1300!v.good IMHO. posted somefing bout it but no1 reads posts from the newbies!:(!
Insurance renewal came through the door (damn postman!) £689.85 f.c. for a 02 1.216v!:o Im 21 with 2yrs no claims, so got on the phone to renault, who i was with and after uping the excess 2 £350 they put it down to £555!!!:D

if i was you id drive a clio thats set up like how u are thinking of doing urs, my m8s got 18s on his clio but hes only got -35mm springs, i drove his car and didnt like the ride.
im on the standard 15s but with -60mm springs and i fink thats the best set up, but it s down 2...

007- as great as the 172 is or the 182 will be, save ya cash and get a jap turbo car, r33 gts-t cars start @ 5K and the insurance is bout the same as the 172, i checked it all out while being bored 1 weekend!
