thanks! the smell comes through the air vents whenever i pull away or if i spray the windscreen. Can't really escape it. :-(

My screen wash bottle really stinks of stagnant water even though i've used really good brand screen wash in there. Is there any way i can get the bottle out to clean it, or if not is there anything i can put in it to stop it stinking so much?

i had problems with mine although it isnt a 172 the took it into renault, they replaced one of the engine sensors and reset the on board computer

i bought mine brand new November 2002 for 9,040 with one years free insurance and 2 year warranty. Mine is a 1.2 16V Extreme so the special eddition of the dynamique at the time. It is great it has the poke when you need it and the economy all the time even doing 90 down the dual carraigeway...

go for something new and shiney, if something goes wrong youre covered, also not as expensive to run the clio as a bloody great bmw or s3 i should imagine.

Hello, can anybody tell me where i can get some clear side repeaters for my 52reg clio, i really want the crystal clear ones rather than the clear ones that are frosted as want them to match the headlights Please HELP

yeah they dont have the lines around the fogs any more, they are smoothed out and the air intake at the bottom is wider too

Hello, ive got a 52 reg clio extreme and i have been thinking about getting a new stereo to replace the standard one. Only thing is i dont want to lose the display on top of the centre console. Does any body know of any stereos where i wont lose it?? :confused:

To be honest a calibra on a K plate well i would personally given the choice keep the valver. Plus £500 for a FWD? sounds cheap. I wouldnt touch it with a barge pole mate! :o

my extreme has got a bit of a roar! kind of suprises people when i punch the steering wheel and this huge noise comes out at them he he :D

you do have to programme them i have an Extreme and it didnt have one touch when i picked it up all shiney and new but you have to program it. Its like the light sensor, you can turn that off as well just by turning your sidelights on and off until it beeps :)

Sounds like a good idea to me although it would take a hell of a lot of sponsorship. Maybe organise a ralley first with clio owners and whilst everyone is there get some flyers printed up and dish em out im pretty sure youd get a lot of interest

ive just had mine done last week service cost me £156.88 (Norfolk). They said my pads were 75% worn and only had 4k miles left on em also my rear wiper was split, they wanted to charge me an extra £120 to replace the pads and the wiper told them to sod off so will be doing it myself soon
