Im talking Claim against your insurance by you, if you are claiming against theirs then you dont have to pay. Sometimes though it takes time working out Fault thats when you may have to fork out some excess. Especially if you need your Car fixed in a hurry :)

You have to Pay Excess on All Claims, if your not at fault, your Insurance Company will recover your excess from the Party at fault, so your not out of pocket. Pretty much every claim you will pay Excess up front :( I think that is how it works (can anyone confirm?)

I had to declare Factory fitted Sun Roof option, I would check with your Insurance company, if its not "Standard" then you should declare it to be sure. Although I would change Companys £180 because you have a "larger" rear spoiler is sh*te, I wouldnt give those cowboys my money.

Depends on what you want. Do you want a Larger Car? If so try the Megane, personally I would also try some "Non" Renault Cars, and see what else is out there. I was going to get a 182, but after a few test drives I realised that I didnt want a Small Car as my "everyday" vehicle.
