1.2 Grande - Were the bumper plastics grey or black?

Hi,

Going to detailthe GFs 1.2 Grande as I have a few weeks off and I'm a bit bored!

It's going to get the full claybar, PC, wax treatment.

The plastic on the bumpers is looking a bit dated so I waneted to spray them with plastic spray paint.

My question is 'Were the bumpers a dark grey or a black when new?'

S - It's a dark metallice red coliur, not too sure of the code!

Thanks! Looked at a few photos on Google mages and they looked a black colour :S

My old one before it was colour coded, I remember sanding them down ready for spraying and was definitely a dark grey. If you use a good black bumper stuff they will probably look black.
