12k Service Cost for a 182

Been quoted £275 by my local Renault dealer which seems a bit steep.

What has everyone else paid?

Its just had about £500+ worth of warranty work done so thats ok.

Resale i doubt it affects it as im using renault parts.

Bournemouth. I may be wrong but it was deffo nowhere near £200 that i paid!

Yep, its the same group Karen. I can only talk for the Bournemouth branch tho cos thats the one I went to.

£118 from main dealer, supplied my own oil and have the ITG filter. Think its about £160, some dealers seem to think they can fleece people and i swear they make the price up as they go along.

Oil, Filter and Air Filter and a splash of ink of a fcukin log book dont equal £275

New laws state that as long as genuine parts are used etc doesnt matter where you go to have it serviced whilst under warranty.

Maidenhead isnt far from me either... Is the garage near any shops???

When I commented £275 was a bit pricey, the guy said well if you take it to some backstreet garage you might get it cheaper, and Renault London West charge £100 an hour for labour so we are cheap in comparison...

David - although I dont know where everyone lives who has quoted prices, I do think youre right about it getting cheaper further North.

£123 all in from Nicholas Smiths in Skipton - tidy (free) courtesy car with lots of petrol in, friendly staff and a fully valeted motor too!
