16v or Williams Exhaust Manifold?

Hi all,

I have a valver, but just acquired a Williams exhaust manifold and heard mixed reports from a few people, is it worth fitting?

Any thoughts?

they have there advanatges one gives low down power the other top end I forget which i think williams gives top end more.

Not hugly worth it though.

I have done this on mine. 100% worth while. Torque is noticabley increased
