172 cup clutch help?

Hello all we just done our first trackday in the 172 cup all is fine apart from the clutch, its developed a strange grinding squealing sort of noise and smeels like hell when you put it in gear and let the clutch out? once in gear it drives fine and all gears are fine as we finished the full day like this.

just wondering if anybody has any ideas as to what it could be?

you've possibly cooked it by granny shifting and not double declutching like you should
