172 Cup Lower dash Removal

Hey Guys, Having abit of trouble removing my lower dash, got all the screws I can see taken out, all earth points but can't get it to budge in the center, seems to be stuck plastic welded to the heater vents?

Surely I haven't got to snap them to take it out?

It should come out easy enough when all the screws and bolts have been removed, double check everything

I finally managed it, I had to snap 2 small plastic welds would not budge at all until I broke them off.
