cambelt on a cup (non aircon) is £300-£350 no more than that, add £113 + 1 hour if it needs a dephaser

i get around 37 ish. Most of my journeys are a good 20 mile A/B road hack. Thats 10 better than my 197 used to, soon adds up i tell thee!
