RS 172 clio cup
Been on here a few months now and just decided i should try and make a thread on my car so here goes i bought the car at the start of january this year its a 2003 172 clio cup had 42000 on the clock with a full service history and 2 previous owners.
i had a show cage from my previous car and was surprised when i heard they would fit in the clio so i got to work and managed to get it wedged in and was quite happy i could keep it. Then as the good weather started to appear i got into giving it a good clean and noticed that the cars right hand side and most of the roof had paint overspray on it but i soon managed to find somebody to give it a good clean and cut back with a buff the end result was like this.
I was very happy with this as it ment i could keep the car looking good as i wanted. Now when i bought the car it had a badly damaged front bumper so i next had a new bumper from renault that cost me £270 painted and fitted and cause i was missing a splitter decided to buy a leon cupra r splitter for it. Now that the body work was looking good i decided to get my little brother out with his camera and his gadgets for a few cool photos around different spots i had found in dundee.
Then i started to look for little bits and bobs and so far i have only found a full yozzasport system which is a very good find couldnt be happier with the note that comes from it but can see myself getting an asbo very soon! next plans for it will be having the wheels refurbed in anthracite unless i can find a good condition set of 2118's for sale and maybe an rstuner box but they disapeer off of here as soon as they are posted for sale. So today i have been signed off work as i dislocated my shoulder and i spent the whole day cleaning with my only working hand and this is my end result hope you like it
