Does anyone know how much it would cost to fit a 172 engine in my Clio mk1 and anyone here who would do it? I can provide the engine.

"Daniel" on here is the only one who has had a garage to do it.
And even then he's lent a hand.
But as a ballpark figure, if you put in the research and told them whats needed and organised all the parts (ECU unlocking will be one of your major problems) then your still talking....i dunno.....£1.5k to get it done?

ecu unlocking isnt an issue really....30 quid on an emulator, solder it on, then 75 quid to virginise it and itl be spot on forever...
putting it in is easy if you use a mk1 gearbox, 172 gearbox is easy too just needs a bit of modification to the mount....just the wiring that would take a garage some time to work out imo
