172 Radio Code - Can anyone get them?

Just had the gearbox swapped on the 172 and after refitting the Battery/ECU the radio now needs the 4 digit code.

Its not in my service manual or any documentation which I have.

Can anyone get the code if I PM them my VIN number?

Dealers can supply the code from your Reg, but be warned that some will try and charge you for the privilege!

Yeah f**k that, would rather buy a new HU then give them any money just for a code.

The original dealer the car came from should have them on record. I got mine for free from Liverpool Renault

should be on a small sticker on the car service bookl or maybe one of the other booklets in your case, check again i missed it 1st time i looked for mine
