Hell of a day at Mallory Park.

only been here once before, but actually pretty fun and Gerard's is sensational!

Car was awesome, managed to get a few clear laps and get to a best of 53.3 lap.

Tyre delaminated to stop play a little early, but amazing fun!!

Also.. if anyone has gone full loon and stripped all the storage out their cars and has a cage, recommend Peaty’s holdfast wrap… perfect storage for phones and van keys!

Last of the spring trio of track days…. Cadwell Park.

Was an awesome day, after utilising all the rubber at Mallory, bought some used AR1s (205-50-15 seem to be out of stock at the moment).

Had the trio of us there, Chicken in his 172 and Grizzle in his Golf.

Clio was mint, but think I may have broken an ABS ring as that died in the morning. Managed to get down to a 1:43 lap.

Also bought some awesome polish to clean the Perspex windows, that doesn’t scratch them, VuPlex

Time to mend the ABS and give her a proper little service after Oulton, Mallory and Cadwell.

On a side note… Chicken was testing a new brake kit that fits under 15” alloys with no need to machine brackets. Designed with its own discs (with Aluminium carrier)

It’s from Advocult Motorsport. Not on sale yet, as Toms just developing it, but could be mint…
