182 feeling of power loss

I have had my 182 now for a month and done 3000 miles, when i frist got it it felt really nippey and swift.

Ran it in to 750 miles and then gave it stick from there.

now over the last week, it feels slow and not picking up as swift as it was.

Is this me getting use to the power or does the clio do this from time to time in different conditions.

it feels like its reving really hard but not going like it used too.

any thoughts on this, im starting to doubt the clio. will it get better once more mileage is on the clock

Could it not be that you have simply got used to the car?

Always happens to me when I get a quicker car, after a few weeks it feels slower than when I first got it.

It has been very wet with a lot moisture in the air the last week so maybe that could be playing a part?

probably got used to it, i felt my gtturbo was slow then i didnt use it over the winter for a couple of months got back in it in the spring (turbos love nice cold dense air :D) and it scared the sh*t out of me when it came on boost, lol

imo your getting used to the car.

I have a 172 cup and recently ive been thinking "its slower", I also used to have an r5 turbo which I would feel had become slow, then it would break and be off the road for 2 months and when I got back in it was like "OMFG!".

Mine feels much quicker than when I got it. My 172 didt start to losen up until 10k, and really started to fly at around 20k. I expect the 182 to be the same. Im at almost 7k now and its running better than my 172 ever did.

Mines now hit 10,250 and seems to be getting better all the time.

Im sure the full zorst system is helping it tho.
