182 sills - body colour or black

Just a quick Q

Under the skirts, my sills (the bits with the jack holes) are painted the same colour as the car, they dont seem to have a thick layer of underseal like the standard Clio does...is this normal.

It doesnt worry me as I always wash here with a soft bristled brush anyway, and as long as it is protected I dont care...just making sure its normal.

they are pretty thin, and just blackish colour.

Nothing much on them.

Shudnt be any diff for 182s i assume.

yeh there painted underneath, there plastic so wont need undercoat

Mine have a thick layer of grease on them, and are body coloured.

PS the sills are deffo metal, so beware when jacking-up the car.
