182 Wind Noise/Squeal above 80mph!

Hi,
Has anyone successfully got rid of the wind noise/squeal above 80 mph that appears to come from near the vents at the centre of the dash board on some 182's ?
I've read that some owners have had the windscreen out & re-sealed & that has fixed it, also there's a small hole for a temperature sensor near the drivers side door mirror which, when sealed with gaffer tape cures the dreaded noise according to some owners!
Any proven cures for this annoying problem?
Only happens above 80 mph & is variable depending on the wind direction/speed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had a wind noise from my top door seal over 80mph. I basically bent the top of the door in by a couple of mm and its all quiet.
You sure its the vent and not the door seal?

Hi.Yeah, centre of the dash where the vents are is the area where the loud humming wind noise is coming from at 80 ish mph.
