197 Cup and 197 content!!!

Clayed my friends Glacier White 197 cup today, and grabbed a couple of pics of them both in this nice weather!

Its amazing how bad the paint finish was from the factory, the car has only done 40 miles!

It's not the best of finishes but clayed and polished properly soon sorts it out, I think/hope?!

Yeah its spot on now! just felt like sand paper before we clayed it!

The red 197 is tasty aswell, first one ive seen with the endorsed tail pipes, suits it down to the ground!

Both cars look superb! Such a pity Renault have decided to replace the wonderful looking 197, from May, with the monstrous looking 200.

If i ever do go aftermarket with a Milltek, it'll be fitted then a trip to JP Exhausts to cut those gash tailpipes off. Slash cut ftw

The 197 has grown to me... still love my 172 to pieces.

You stand correct with 200, new facing won't help the overall looks.
But hey now it's got a 'family' face. Like all Vee dubs look the same upfront.
