2000 mk2 sump plug

not sure what the sump plug is in my car, halfords thought it would be a taken out by a 8mm square alan key but its too big, anyone any idea?

Has it been rounded out? Sounds more than likely.

I thought it was a 13 though to be honest.

Mole grips should be able to get it off if not.
