What's the other COD about? Sledge Hammer?

Sledgehammer have been confirmed as a 3rd studio (alongside Infinity Ward and Treyarch) who will make COD games. MW3 has already been confirmed by EA and is being made by IW but no date has been set yet, all we know is that it had been delayed... Sledgehammers COD game is heavily rumoured to be set in the future but its purely speculation at this point and no one knows when this is set for release.
