2118's + 205 tyres = et38 or et43?

I've put a deposit down today on some new 2118's in 15"

I've ordered 205/50/15 tyres as I wanted a bit more rubber on the tarmac

I just realised when I got home though that speedline do ET38 and ET43 in the white 2118's

Which ones do I want?
Presumably ET38 to be close to the cup offset but then the 205 tyres will be 5mm wider on each side of the alloy - so ermmmm will they scrub?

I'm tempted to just get the ET43 ones and put 5mm spacers on if I want - as moving wheels out = easy. Moving them in without an angle grinder = tricky

PS. I'll be running coilovers and a decent drop next month

nowt wrong with 195's

Although to be old skool you should be running 185/55's ;)

205/50 15's are way better than 195 IMO

Agreed - more tyre on the road and a bit of kerb-protection LOL

Glen at Revolution has spoken to speedline and we've gone with ET43

It might put the rear tyres a bit close to the shockers but I'd rather have to put some 3mm spacers in than get some wheels that stick out too far and rub :)
