295mm discs Toyota Avensis?

I run brembos for 300mm discs but theres a huge outer ring that the pads not touching, I just switched over some ds1.11 to oem pads and the oem pads are even worse and touching the inner part of the disc. I had in mind to get some 295 discs and they will probably be right but possibly had the idea to just get 280 discs again and get the bracket shaved down, which then I can get it exactly right. Any suggestions?

@ZachB

I'm on the Willwood calipers, they fit with the Avensis discs under 15" wheels

pic shows from front with 15" ET36 Superleggera and rear shot was with my original Speedline Maracanã wheels on which are also 15" and ET36 but 6.5J instead of 7J

What brackets are you using? How close to the inside of the wheel is the caliper? As far as I know the pure motorsport brackets give a full sweep of the disc and don't leave a big outer ring untouched.

They were off ebay, think it was someone from here though. This is with oem pads, the ds1.11 arent as bad but have had to plod about recently so switched them

Thanks George, Ill definitely be in touch soon!

Running kW variant 2 and a ACS motorsport roll c centre correction kit @ZachB
The discs came with the kit when I bought it already machined and good to go. It was all second hand so not sure where previous owner actually sourced the parts, I'm just going on what he told me they were!

It would be easier to just have some 300mm discs skimmed down to 295 than drill e new pcd and open the hub bore. Or mod the caliper and bracket for 280 discs.
