36k Service Price Shock! (Reault dealer cheapest so far)

does it have to be a main dealer? i mean can a local garage do the job- or do they not use renault parts?

there is a garage nr me that is pricey but are very good. im sure they must use all correct parts?

I think I'm right in saying that you can have it done anywhere. You can always get an independant garage that uses Renault parts anyway.

The original reason everyone got their services done at the dealer was because you had to to keep your warranty valid. But thats no longer the case these days. Plus after 36k your warranty is up anyway.

just bn past a pugeot dealers and im sure it said they are offering anymake service £49.99.

Renault Bath cheap.....I don't think so.

I go a quote of £600 for a cambelt change which is due next year.
