54 reg racing blue 182 deansgate + black 182 tinted windows

saw a 54 reg racing blue with stripes on deansgate this dinnertime, had a cs sticker! 1st clio ive spotted with one!
also saw a black 182 with tinted windows on the motorway coming out from manchester nr the horwich area

Was it just a black gold 182 with heavy tints and nothing else? An '05 plate? I see one regularly joining the motorway at Junc.2 of the M66 in the morning. He/she might head towards Manchester?
