Righty this has probably been asked before but seeing W3UAN's clio lastnight I need mine slammed and soon. So is it recommended to drop it on 60mm springs? I'm on quite a tight budget so springs are the only thing in my price range the now. But how long will the shocks last if I drop it on the springs, bearing in mind there is no more than two people in my car at the one time.

difficult to say. if your going to do the springs yourself then get them done and change the shocks when you've got enough cash.
however if you were going to get a garage to do it, then save up and have it done in one go to save yourself some money. i'd give your shocks 12months - but its impossible to say as some may go after 3 months. they arent going to go overnight tho
