70/60 springs. Where from?

Have considered all the options such as 60mm springs, 60mm springs and shocks, and coilovers but ideally want 70mm front and 60mm rear with new shocks.

I've had a quick look this morning but can't find anything so thought I'd post up and see what others have done?

Have seen the Highsports GB but £450 is a bit steep..

2005 1.2 Dynamique PH3 (diff style front bumper around fog lights, otherwise same as PH2?).

Any brand
70mm front
60mm rear
~£350 budget

Edit - 70mm front and back will also be fine. If I can't find anything then I'm just going with the kit on k-tec for 60mm..
