It sounds nothing like the ones on Youtube you know. I was really worried buying it becuase the BTB sounded epic!! It really is such a smooth well balanced noise!

Yeah sounds good to me Mike. I definitely need some propper pictures because my iphone efforts are shocking.

8th I think, I'll drop you a message closer to the time.

Really want to hear the exhaust in person!

No mate the AST's arrive Sunday so I've not gone ahead with having these others refurbished and will be surplus to requirements!

Rs2 has arrived brilliant service, superb communication throughout aswell just waiting to see what the remap does before I post any pics up etc, I'm aiming for 190bhp with 150ft/lb if possible!

I can't wait to get it all finished now I can see light at the end of the tunnel!

Small update:
Dropping the cage , arb, and AST springs to be powdercoated capsicum red on Monday!

You tried the Sachs or gone straight for the AST's?

Get the RS2 on Sat? Got it fitted yet?

Great spec mate. Would like to know how you find pure motorsport set up with the arb, thinking of doing this to mine.

Whats the tapered throttle body all about? couple extra ponies i suppose?

And agree with all the comments, looks fantastic. With regard to the suspension its your car and its up to you to do what you want! (but keep the sachs in the garage!)

I know I spose if I still have a set of Sachs somewhere ill still be allowed. The AST's are a bit more focussed I think and I really wanted to be height adjustable aswell as having adjustable damping. They seem a very good compromise to the Sachs.

I can do you one if you like Sam? My friend just takes the steps out of the throttle body so its just a smoother flow, probably doesnt need doing but I thought before it gets mapped every little helps!

Yes the sachs (although they need a refurb) will be living in the garage and in the future I will have them rebuilt.

Thankyou for all the kind comments it really means alot! hopefully I will meet Jenic in the near future to take some photos so no more poor Iphone pictures! (I am on the hunt for a basic SLR!)

I really will try mate, Im just thinking the powdercoaters need the AST springs im getting sunday for 3 days so back wednesday, postage thursday to you for friday at the earliest! could possibly be monday
