can reno turn down my ABS? ie. does the controller have different settings?

Ive removed the fuse!

i thought of that, but i'm reluctant. when i put it back in will it extinguish the warning lamp or have reno (like so many others these days) programmed it so you have to take it to them and get the fault cleared before the lamp will go out

Yup all the lights go out, i made sure of that, you do get about 5 lights come on lol, but they all go out as soon as its plugged back in.

one more quick question, do you know what number fuse it is?

I would replace it with a blown fuse.

If the worst should happen and you were in a serious accident and they found the fuse was removed you would have void insurance...

umm, i think its second one from the top at the end(nearest the back of the car), 30amp tho.

No worries, its a whole different car without ABS, it kicks in Farr too early imo

Watch out...

Without ABS, you could be running 50 / 50 % bias front/rear... it should be 90 /10 %

Check to be sure, to be sure.

I know my fronts locked up, but not sure about the the rear.

60/40. and it should act normally (just without ABS)
