Advertisement delivered by uptown engine

Keep getting pop ups and the above message eventhough I have a pop up blocker :S

I have looked in add/remove and cant find what it is thats doing this..

Someone else was having the same problem the other day in another thread and people suggested using CC Cleaner, I have doen this but its still happening.. :dapprove:

Im not doing anything like that as I havnt got a clue about formatting a laptop surely there must be something more simple to do than that ?
