After market radio Head unit - Clio mk 3 2010 - Steering wheel volume controls - Help

Hi there,

Im going to get an aftermarket head unit for my sons clio mk3 2010.

Do i need to get a special loom / wire harness and connector to ensure that the steering wheel controls like the volume still works on the new unit?

Any help at all would be super. Im guessing that ebay might sell something

There appears to be a few options, im no expert for mk3, but just pull out radio and should be able to match up the correct harness:
