Alternator "tension?" bolt snapped!

More or less what the title says, I went to tighten the belt by undoing the top bolt on the alternator and then *click* bolt snapped! I now have no idea what to do! The alternator itself does not move so the car is still drive able and the bottom bolt is fine. Would it be worth taking the full thing off, getting it on a clap and drilling it out or just buying a second hand mount? Thanks!

Buy a new mount. You can pick them up cheap on eBay off a Laguna too.

Tightnig the top bolt without loosening the side bolt is what causes it to snap.
