Any wiring experts in the house?

Ive bought a cheapo HU for my van, only to find that (seemingly) you cant get a wiring adaptor for a Berlingo/Partner van.

The connectors are ISO, but the wires need crossing, as they appear to be in the wrong place, but i dont know which ones belong where.....

What can i do?
