Think yourself lucky, I had hardly any signal for 12 months with them..

What Daz said! There signal coverage is one of the worst in my area!!

In all seriousness it could be either your phone or somethingup with there network

usually i have amazing coverage from them especially in my house, my dads phones is the same his wont even pick up a signal!
