Spotted at the junction near the Isaac Merritt at traffic lights heading towards Hyde Road, bout 3:30 ish, plate EJ54. Was in the black 172 waiting at lights opposite, anyone here?

We were behind this in torquay on sat going up Abbey rd.

Then saw it again later on parked up in winner street paignton.
