some one should point out that a 182 is not a nova, corsa, saxo.
boy racers in my opinion drive crap cars that are worth about a grand.
anyone seen a 182 for a grand????
no but they were all the hot hatches of their day and they depreciated and so did their image with it. the same will happen to clios as they get cheaper. its happening a little now with cheaper clios
Totally, except just how many VTR's are there? Shedloads! And why? Because Citroen are genious! Group 7 insurance for what is, in truth, quite a good car. They sold them by the bucketload and as a result, with a flooded market, the image was bought up by the boy racers very early.
Ph1's are in danger of becoming the next rung on the ladder for alot of boy racers but I think there are 2 factors which might help keep them out of their hands. Firstly, there's not that many of them, I mean in all honestly how often do you see another random one on the road, secondly, I've had a hard time convincing a few of the guys at work what it's capable of, and think that image led boy racers would dismiss it as just a 2.0 clio rather than the accomplished machine we all know it is. Genuine drivers know what they can do.
182's are still way too expensive, chav's should be banned from having 172 cups because they'll trash them all, Trophy's should only be owned by people who hold a special licence, perhaps a small specialist arm of the Freemasons?
Ph2 172 Fullfat's are chav machine's all the way aren't they?
