Banging from front left

Hi all,

When applying full lock (either direction) whilst moving the car slowly from cold, I get this god awful banging sound - it feeds back thru the steering and seems to actually jump the car sideways slightly. Pretty sure its coming from the front left - its going in the garage soon, anybody else had experience of this?

banging noises on full lock normally indicate a need for a new driveshaft or cv joint mate

Thats what I was thinkin - cars only got 4600m on it!!!

Mines doing the same, ever more scary is the fact that sometimes it just veers off to the right when im driving a little bit!

My 182 cup also been doing this on and off for the last month only done 3000 miles and has exactly the same symtoms as you have. Seems to be getting worse latley maybe a trip to my Renault dealer is in order.

under braking its pulling like a git to the left - although I haven't yet proved whether is it due to road camber
