hi guys

just ordered myself a brand new clio 182 in black/gold

uk factory order with 3 year warranty

12 months tax

complete with the cup suspension / wheel upgrade

and the cup front and rear spoilers.

£12,500

bargain i hear you all cry

thats £2750 cheaper than the rip of renault dealer who hasnt even got the catalogue or demo car in yet.

and they wonder why they are loosing trade?

to answer your questions.

there is no catch.

no finance to arrange the sale is cash on delivery.(£500 deposit to pay)

also delivery is included in the price

i have not recieved an exact delivery date but have been told mid march

just noticed that he has the put up the price on the web price to £12,250 for the basic car.(not sure if that includes the metalic paint).

he gives 15% discont on options purchased at the same time.

not sure if they are available but as the car is a factory order i cant see why not?

i found if you give him a call you will get a better price than emailing him.

he has told me that if any of you guys are intrested to mention my name(send me a private message for my surname) and he will give you the best deal available.

i had already contacted another online broker and was about to pay £12,950 for the same car and spec. so have saved another £450 that will now pay for my superchip and k+n filter

that should make it a clio 200 bhp

Depends upon which clio 182 you are talking about!!!? Seems that someone has chosen a very close match to my log-in, just with a small c - lio...

Anyway, mines meant to be this next week, and if so, hopefully heading to Elvington on Sat 14th - though not for a thrashing!!!

The "other" clio 182 (small c) lives just down the road from me, and you Ill probably see at Elvington again sometime.

You not running it in then?!

A trackday the week after you get it is deffo not a good idea...

No, not down to take it round, though would have been tempted if arrived a bit earlier and given me a chance to put some miles on it. In York that weekend and was just going to drop by - the guy that was in the other CUP the other week may be selling his racing wheels and as hes going, thought id have a look

club?

There has been a trackday at Curbrough in Staffordshire. Dont know if there are any plans for another one. PM yozza - he might be able to tell you more....

they dont seem to do part exs which means youll have to get rid of yours private first. Good prices but ive had offers like these from dixons and motorpoint... just got to play a bit of a game with them.

Strange the Skoda Fabia vRS is only £500 cheaper that the dealers price, so buy the time you have added on for tax and registration it will only work out about less than £300 cheaper.

Did you have to part -ex your old motor for this one? Ive looked at the website and they do mention part-ex under one of the finance headings??

no part exchange as far as im aware

sell it private

you will get a crap price of any dealer for a part ex.

you can put it up for under book price and still get more than the part ex from a dealer

it will take about 6 weeks to come from the factory so that should give you plenty off time to sell your car.

ordered mine the first day they were excepting orders, think that was either last week of November, first week of Dec and the original date was the last week of January, now its the 25th Feb, so I wouldnt hold out for 6 weeks!

yes it was from a renault dealer although I am paying Lloyds Tsb as they gave me over 2K off, but the car is coming from a the dealer in Coventry, I reckon will can expect them in the second week of March, thats what I have resigned myself to now.
