Bearings

How do you know when your bearings are nackered...my car is comming up to 40000 miles now and i have heard people say on here that is when they normally go...and how much do they cost??

They go when they go, my rears went at 55ish, fronts are still go strong at 66k

They make a horrid rumbling noise, you'll defo notice it.

Are the f & r w b the same as a 1.2 or are they different? i can start hear a sound other than my exhaust

They can go any time I woulnd't bother doing anyhting till they start going mine are still ok at 108k at the back and 80k at the fornt and I give my car some hard use.
