Birthday Present..HID's

Just a quicky lads...basically brother has an 05 plated 1.2 dynamique and for his 18th im treating him to some HID'S.....

However i want some help on where is cheapest and best quality and what brightness should i be looking at, i dont want him being pulled over obviously but want them to be bright and a good colour..

His brithday is next week so need to get them ordered pronto...

yes im aware of the illegality but i know there are varying brightness levels so i didnt want it blatantly illegal

4300k is what come in the 1*2's, most seem to go for 6000k any higher any they look crap
