Black DOTS!

Hi

My clio paid a visit to autoglass the other day for a new windscreen, just noticed after washing it they have left black dots of i think either silicone or stickerflex (sp) on the top of the door. I tried polishing it out, autoglym tar and glue remover, G3, but still it wont come off. It looks actually in the paint under the laquar for sum unusual reason.
Any ideas how to get it off?

quick wipe with thinners, then wipe it off

clay cleans crap of anything lol i love it i even clay my windows
