  ST on the way...
Took my car into them this morning for them to sort the sunroof out for the 4th time.

They fitted a new sunroof cassette last September under the wanufacturers warranty.

They rang me a few mins ago and said that the cassette had become buckled slightly causing the sunroof to creak, and would need a new cassette.

Despite the fact that this was replaced within 12months ago they want me to pay for it replacing! I asked them did parts fitted not come with a 12 month warranty as standard?? They said no, not if it's done under warranty.

Can anyone make any suggestions as to what I should do?

yea could always give renault uk a ring? i got in touch with them few months back questioning whether something should be done under warrenty, they were quite good i thought!

Take it u r on about renault in barnsley? thats who i had trouble with!
