Bloody sidelights! Can't remove them for love nor money! *steak sandwich*

Just got my LEDs for the sidelights. I've just spent an 1hr trying to remove the easy passenger side light - impossible!

It will turn very slightly, but not enough to unclip and push out.

I really really don't want to remove the bumper & never mind trying the harder drivers side!

If anyone with small hands (or is a wizard) is in Stoke-on-Trent, there's a bloody good steak sandwich & a beer if you can help!

They normally pull out with a little persuasion, just be gentle.

Took me weeks to figure this out, there's no clips or twists needed :)

the covering or the light its self the casing get a screw driver and cloth then theres a little hole on the bottom just wedge your screw drive in and pop it off :) if its the light you push and twist think its anti-clockwise can't remember.

BARK YOU GOD!

They just PULL out!!

All done!! I just hope I haven't damaged the normal headlight bulbs in the process.

LOL. Yea mate they just pull out. You can pull on the +/- Wire attached the holder if your gentle, and can't get your hand right in there.
At least you've got it sorted now!

I always struggled getting my hand down behind the drivers side headlight . I chopped the wires off and extended them , now the wire pulls out above the headlight , takes 2 seconds to change em now . I've had those LED's they were pretty crap to be honest mate , not very bright . I currently have some of these in and they are really bright , match the xenons perfectly as well . http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/250948414866?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

Uhm what, they're over £100 for some sidelight bulbs? I assume theyre out of stock and are trying to stop people buying them!

Do you want me to send my address etc via pm for you to send the sandwich and beer? :p

Glad you eventually got them sorted - just hope you didn't butcher your hands in the process like I did.

Now I know how to do them, I'll prob change them to those (when they sort the price out).

Shame I didn't see this earlier. Took me approx 30secs from the bonnet being up to the bonnet being down and bulb replaced.

Not that that makes you feel any better now. ;)
