ive just changed my spring to apex 40mm on my 172 and was wondering how u get the suspention stru back on to the hub as its so slow and will not line up , the drivers side was fine as i just jacked up the disc and bam .

any tips would be very appreciated

You'll now have the pleasure of fighting against the ARB that's why it wont line up. Get a mate to pull down on the disc/hub then push a bolt through. If you're on your own you can use a bar or something against the subframe to push the wishbone down.

the hub has to go down not up arrrhhhhhhh

A fat mate helps, that's what I used.

Then get your mate to push up or use the bar the opposite direction, same principal
