blueflame exhausts 182

im thinking of getting a blueflame exhaust, has anyone on here got one fitted?
whats the sound like?
i heard the sound clip on media/pics and it sounded well nice, meaty and loud which i like and want,
but ive also heard there pritty quiet?

Trailerparktrev has one on his 182. Looks great. There's a post in the forums over at www.renaultsport.co.uk

Should be a quality exhaust seeing as they produce all the exhausts for TVR. It's tempting me.

Does it replace the cat too, or provide a sports cat? If not, I fail to see how they think it will give 10bhp power gains.

Tailpipes look mint though.

Can't decide whether to invest in a new exhaust system on my MK2 172 or not, cause i'm not keen on the whole rude boy thing. But it would be nice to have something poking out the back of me car

Had mine on 2 weeks, sounds mint, just as they should do from the factory.

There is no way it adds 10bhp but i didn't get it for that. Apparently they can do a cat out pipe (but it throws the ECU warning light on) and they are working on a sports cat for the 182.

Dont know much about these systems but personally I would look at some thing like the K-tec system or the Orbisoud system (mentioned in this section some where). They both use a single rear box with split tail pipes instead of dual silencers and tail pipes. This type has got to be a better option. It has got to save a whole load of weight, which has got to be a good Thing!

Blueflame made Mongooses exhausts for them for 10 years!!
